Nothing binds on its own. ReadySetBind prepares the work; a licensed person reviews and approves each placement before anything is sent.
Append-only audit trail
Every extraction, edit, signature, and send is written to a log that can't be quietly altered or deleted — so you can always show what happened and when.
Encrypted credentials
AMS and integration credentials live in an encrypted vault, derived per agency at runtime — never stored in plaintext database columns.
Tenant isolation
Row-level security walls off each agency's placements, documents, and contacts from every other tenant on the platform.
Least-privilege, read-only AMS access
We connect to your AMS with read-only access to verify data. We never write back to your system of record.
Deliverability & suppression controls
Bounces and complaints are recorded, and you can suppress a recipient so nothing goes where it shouldn't — with the delivery status of every send on record.
Privacy by design
Client and placement data stays out of our observability and product telemetry — we instrument the workflow without collecting the PII that flows through it.
SOC 2 Type II in progress
We're pursuing SOC 2 Type II and will publish the report once it's complete. We won't claim a certification we don't yet hold.
